The two attempts to get rides on the Colchester Causeway went down like lead balloons. Jeff Trainor likes Sheldon to Swanton and it was suggested by another member, so let’s try that.

It is a twenty two mile round trip. Barely enough to get Dave Crane’s blood flowing, or warm up his ebike motor.

Parking by the Bourdeau Brothers Feed plant on Severance Road, Sheldon VT 05483. This where the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail crosses the Missisquoi Valley Rail-Trail.

There is a small railroad museum in Swanton, and good places to eat.
