Mother nature has pretty much done us in.
Morse is closed for the season, and as I write only the Sterling lift is running.
That said, the cold weather returns tomorrow, with an expected high on Wednesday of 32°F
So, if you are looking for a group to ski with let’s say
- 9:00 am on Wednesday at The Yurt for the earlier birds
And
- 10:00 am on Wednesday at The Yurt for the later birds
You might catch Keith as he adds vert to his current 751,233ft
You might spot Mike Chafin searching for his phone in the woods
(I know that was on Madonna – why let the facts get in the way of a good story?)
Rumor has it that there is a trombone nailed to tree out there somewhere.
And, huge congratulations to Rachel McKnight for her most impressive second-place finish in the Tetraski adaptive skiing competition at Powder Mountain, Utah!
There are many more photos and video clips on our FaceBook page
Banquet photos below. That was a good time and I think we end the season in good shape.
Many thanks to the club’s always reliable Advisory Board who always gets stuff done – But particularly Many Thanks to all of you. We only have a club because you show up.
