It has been a while since we ran our bikes. The state has been busy refurbishing the Missisquoi Valley Rail. They started in St Albans and are closing in on Richford So let’s take a look at how they have done. Trail Map at this link.

Meet this Wednesday, October 1^st 10:00 am at Sheldon Junction where the LVRT crosses the MVRT. The directions to the Severance Road parking lot are at this link. This is by the feed plant on Rte 105 near its intersection with Rte 78.

The ride is just under 10 miles each way. Downtown St Albans is about a mile further along Rte 7.
