- Swimming: Wear your bathing suit and bring beach gear.

- Hiking shoes: Meet earlier at 9 AM at the trailhead if you plan on hiking the trail up to the Fire Statiopon lookout.

Please join us on Friday, July 24th for a hike to Cantilever Rock! Meet at Underhill State Park (352 Mountain Road in Underhill) at 9:00am. There is a $5.00 day use fee for Underhill State Park. The hike is rated as moderate, and is a 2.9 mile round trip adventure with an elevation gain of 1,079 feet. This is a well-marked trail and offers views of the valley with Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks in the distance. Please make sure to wear proper hiking shoes, and bring plenty of water, snacks and bug spray. Hiking poles are encouraged as well!
