This week’s walk will be at Red Rocks Park in South Burlington. The park has well maintained trails with views of Lake Champlain.

We will meet at the entrance by the parking lot at 10AM.  Please let us know in advance if you plan to go.

Location: Libby’s Look Loop

The hike will be on September 24th, and we are hiking the Libby’s Look Loop Trail at Preston Pond Conservation Area.  Meet at 9:00am at the trail head at 3644 Notch Rd, Jericho, VT 05465. The hike is considered moderate, with a round-trip distance of 2.3 miles and an elevation gain of 436 feet.  There are additional trails we can explore if the hike seems too short. It should take us 1 1/2 hours round trip unless we continue on another loop near Preston Pond.  Make sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes, bring hiking poles if you have them, as well as plenty of water, snacks, and bug spray.  Hope to see you there!!  RSVP to Mike at mikedandurand@gmail.com or (802) 355-6921
